I'm a study abroad student from the US and needed new glasses this summer. I visited a nearby optician, Augenoptik Gründig, and met only the friendliest people there. Mr. Gründig helped me diligently and without interruption to find the best, most valuable pair of glasses for me. He has state-of-the-art equipment and knew immediately what I needed for my very poor eyesight. Thank you for the stylish, beautiful glasses and the wonderful experience with you :) Regarding another comment: Of course, glasses break after four years... The service and quality of the prescription were the most important factors in this case... The average time to buy new glasses is about every other year. The quality of glasses is not under the control of the store, but rather the manufacturer. I can confidently say that Mr. Gründig offers very good brands in his store. Who knows what you might do to your glasses... throw them on the table or accidentally step on them... It's no surprise that glasses break after a few years.
